tQL is a project to produce a system to access SQL databases from TCL. It's just got started, so the interface is simple, and only Postgres databases are supported. I'm looking for people to help me define a good interface, and to link to other database systems, so if you are interested, please contact tim@rose-cottage.demon.co.uk.

The source code for tQL version 0.1 can be downloaded from here. It requires tcl version 8.0 or greater, as well as the Postgres database. It has been tested with RedHat Linux 5.0, but should compile on most Unix systems. If you get it to work, or if you need help, please contact me.
Binary and source RPM packages will probably arrive here soon.
